No affiliation or endorsement by those owners is implied. Rights and clearance should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial publication or licensing.
Family shield and protection
Charlie’s father and protector, Domenick Arlon Hall, is Founder and Head Organizer of Halls of God. The Halls of God shield and ancestral Hall lineage protect Khadija Leila Hall’s identity, knowledge, family legacy, and creative work. Halls of God sits at the apex; Serpent Intelligence Systems directs operations as the primary foundation company, Silent Security Vault guards her security, and Infinity Comics publishes her stories. These protective roles do not transfer Charlie’s 100% ownership.
Protection against copying and plagiarism
The Legend of Charlie, the Charlie character and her look, names, story lines, dialogue, chapter text, comic panels, illustrations, logos, page designs, and the overall selection and arrangement of this website are original works owned by Khadija Leila Hall (Charlie). Copying them word for word, closely paraphrasing them, tracing or imitating the artwork, or presenting them as someone else’s work is infringement. Each page records the authorship date and ownership of the works it shows.
Remedies for infringement
Khadija Leila Hall, through her parent and legal guardian Domenick Arlon Hall and her authorized representatives, reserves every right and remedy available under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), the Lanham Act, the Berne Convention, and other applicable laws worldwide. These may include court orders to stop the use, removal and destruction of copies, actual damages and the infringer’s profits, statutory damages where available, and attorney’s fees and court costs. Notices may also be sent to hosting providers, marketplaces, and search engines under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Removing or changing the copyright notices or credits on this work is separately prohibited (17 U.S.C. § 1202).
Names, marks, and look
“The Legend of Charlie,” “The Chronicles of Charlie,” the Charlie character, and their logos are used as brand names of Khadija Leila Hall. Using them, or confusingly similar names or designs, in a way that suggests a connection with her is prohibited. No one may register, sell, or license these names, characters, or works without her written permission.
Halls of God and protective partners
Halls of God is the family nonprofit organization founded and led by Domenick Arlon Hall. It is dedicated to protecting the Hall family, its legacy, and Charlie’s future. Its protective partners are Silent Security (silentsecurity.store), which guards Charlie’s security, identity, and content; Serpent Intelligence Systems (sintelligences.online), the head security corporation directing operations; and Infinity Comics (infinitycomics.xyz), which publishes her stories. These partners act to protect Charlie’s works but do not own them.
